What am I even meant to do in these spots, r/f limp just fold.

What's the bottom of my range in this spot, what hands should I be jamming etc

Villains are both decent regs

I would fold this. I would say that Q7 should be close to the bottom of your raising range, and you should just raise here with stacks being so deep. You could jam low pairs here, but that's fairly transparent.
