(3.50 18man) Bubble - correct shove?

hi guys,
So BB just doubled up twice to his big stack so i can't tell whether he's gonna call me light. i just assumed that he wouldn't wanna double me up so his calling range won't be that wide?
i figured r/f is bad coz he can easily shove on us so i shoved..did i make an ICM mistake? Is there any point to just fold this outright and maybe let the guy with 3bb bust or double up first?
