Not sure of pre or flop bet.

Obviously MP is a fish considering they are limp folding, especially with their stack and that board so it's hard to know how they will react to a min 3 bet or a shove. In general I don't like flatting with AA OTB because most "thinking" players know that being OTB is a great place to 3 bet light, so when I do have a monster I will take that into consideration and 3 bet. However, in this case where I think we have a weak-passive fish, then flatting might be ok, but I would still try to induce with a min 3 bet.

iso here to 3.5bbs,mp not folding anyway,you are giving BB right price to call with suited hands etc...might induce sometimes jam as well,in my point of view this is not kinda spot where you should slowplay.
as played prob fine,sometimes might check back to help BB or MP hang himself.

both your responses say he limped, and I'm isoing when I raise. When in fact he 2x and my raise would be a 3 bet. I'm not nit picking on the terminology. the scenario would be very different.

Not saying I shouldn't of raised but my effective stack with players left to act is much bigger then the opener. they can squeeze or when like here bb calls I can play a hand that isn't very vulnerable (I'm never doing this with kk) in position with an underepped hand.

I'm not sure I shouldn't of 3 bet small. it would certainly be standard.

i don't mind trap flatting AA vs this kind of fish. They are certainly raise/f some hands, so we lose value by 3betting IMO. OTF I like checking as there is not many hands that will payoff or float on this structure.

I think with this stack size he'll call off often enough if you 3-bet.
