nash says u should shove that range if ur mp

i just find it so weird 2s and 3s arent included with 3.5bb

i cant see how its better to let the bb hit us and have us essentially commited with basically ATC than to just 3x pre and hope they fold.

im guessing this is just one those -ev spots u take to avoid a bigger -ev spot in the future ( the bb hitting us is very -ev)

thoughts?

i think any2 on the bb are always +ev due to pot odds. 22 and 33 are not a shove because BB should be calling any2 cards. i guess that makes it a fold because of our equity vs any2 cards.

and yeah, im min raising/gii with all pairs

It's surprising to me too.

One other thing not mentioned so far is that sometimes when MP folds he can ladder if a couple of the other players collide, so it's not one of those situations where "the equity of folding is zero" - so that may be part of the explanation.
