I think I find a fold here, call would be very stat dependent. What was he running?

not that close if he is actually decent, if he is decent this is a pretty clear over shove, the first guy is so short so his isolation range should be wider.. if it were like say 10bb shove/10bb shove this is an easy fold for e.g
