Hey! Is it still good to be so wide in these spots? It's final table, sometimes i think i should be more conservative, just because of this. Sorry for no reads the hand is old and i can't remember player image's

      1. Your the small stack by a mile so it's fine to shove ATC
      2. No there is a even smaller stack than you( somehow) fold

      * don't let yourself get so low all the money is in 1st -3rd

This is terrible advice. Just plug these spots into this free nash icm calculator payouts 3-way should be .47,.33,.21. If it's not an ICM spot, payout structure = 1.

stuff like this is in a vacuum and takes no account of future ev with the increased stack size.

I think the first is fine.
If you play the game on there is no reason for the mid stack with 18bb's to get involved against the big stack in the next 3 or 4 orbits (unless you double). The blinds are hitting you fast so you can't be too choosy and so should be willing to accept a bigger -ev here.
The second is too loose - you don't have enough fold equity vs the blinds and x2o plays so badly.
