You do not have 10 outs. Against KQ JQ and TJ you have 7 outs. Against a flush draw you have 9 outs. If he has a set or 2 pair you are down to just 4 outs.
Check back flop. Once you bet you don't have enough equity to call it off.

Yeah check flop, that's a horrible flop to bet but we can bet the turn if it's a
or Q (or A/J for value).

If checked to it's unlikely he has Tx or KJ so we can rep Tx and shove blank rivers (if called).
