Would probably minraise this with the likelihood of us not being restolen from from these blinds. In general, probably being a little more cautious with regards to rebuying at this stage.

No need to change ur ranges because of rebuys being raked IMO, as it affects everyone and therefore should not change the strategy. I would jam my std range (maybe a bit wider vs those nits; wider agaist single-stack nits for sure)

I would think this is a shove/fold spot and I would shove for sure.

I would think you should be "some" degree tighter when your rebuy is being raked because its not longer simply free for your ROI to get 3K chips

yeah, but imo thinking like that is illogical since rake affects everyone and simply, that roi is no longer attainable. idk other opinions?

The big blind's stats indicate that he's passive and will likely call a minraise. I don't really like the prospect of laying J6s against a passive player who will also probably call too wide on the flop. If I'm going to play this hand, then I think shoving is better.

I like this idea better is the small blind and big blind's positions were swapped for this hand.

I kinda like playing postflop IP vs fish. If you are afraid of your c-bet getting called too often, then just bet for value and not bluffs.

seems like a good, balanced strat

Certainly playing against fish IP is great, but you can't really utilise your advantage with 8 big blinds back after the preflop action.
