The big blind is a reg. I dont like raise/folding much because i would loose my chip lead over him but too risky to flat out shove?

If the BB is a COMPETENT reg and/or someone that is very capable of either 3betting your SB OR or to just call in position and outplay you postflop then yeah for sure im shoving this on him all day long

BB is on the tighter side of Reg which could indicate raise/folding is a better line but I also love flat out shoving to make him fold a few hands that he would 3bet shove with but would now fold vs a shove (like A5o, 22, 33)

i can see him folding tons of hands that would have 3bet if we open, especially on the bubble.

vs tight reg like this, raise/f something like K8-KT makes sense to me. Shoving KJ+ tho.

vs aggro reg and if it's not a bubble I limp/c/shove all day

It also depends what this "15/13 reg" is like in this kind of spot. Some might be really tight early on and quite aggressive in this specific spot, BvB on the bubble.
