Seems an alright fold against most villians I reckon, unless he is shoving close to any 2 cards. As chip leader it can benefit you by keeping the short stack alive anyway so you can steal pots away from the other players.

-ev call in a vacuum and even more -ev if you consider future equity, as you are in a decent position to abuse if you fold as already mentioned by another poster.

Here we are not getting enough odds to call with ATC so easy fold

Also we need to consider our stack size related to situation for calling ATC even when we are getting some odds
