Weird hand.
ok so open shove is just about within nash but villain is almost certainly nash aware. The shove will be very slightly plus EV. but will often be my exit point of tourney as villain will call wide. we will be getting it in fairly often. I go for a limp stab line. but adandon it and shove the flop with fd.

Would still just jam pre. But if not, i'd probably put out a 1.3-1.5bb bet on the flop instead of jamming. Don't really mind the jam, but you pretty much show him what you have with the move.
