I think the villan had at least 2 pairs playing like he played, I think I have 17 outs, 2 T, 9 hearts, three 6 and three J. Is this a call spot ? I think because I am in the sb and my action was before the BB that had a lot of cheaps affect my call too.

IMHO it's not a call - not all of those outs will be good every time - e.g. higher flush draw or made flush - and you don't want to flip for your tournament life with another big stack.

I only call flop cuz btn did, otherwise x/r flop... If called or raised easy fold

With that turn.... Hmmm is close, is close... But as lektor said implied odds could be brutal

nasty. i think 3x 3betiing preflop would be a bit better.
According to the odds, calling is bad here, since pot odds are ~39% and your chances are ~34, as you estimate.

My 2 cents is that BU is likely to hit a better flush than you flush and even to have another T with a broadway card (both of them are in his range here), which would cripple wour odds.

So i think i'd fold
