It's a standard good play.
ffr, it's good to tell reads on players, your image at the table, your percieved image, notable decisions of others etc.
In a word, to describe as much your situation.
This hand, as you have practically no stats on the raiser, is a standard 3bet shove. I don't think it's the bubble here but i guess it would be still profitable.
