Just my instinct. As there are some players play two pair like this. But decided to fold and preserve chips.

Yeah 90 pre and prob flip a coin on Turn while deciding between c/f...i doubt he has 2p cause then he 3b/c with tp to hit his kicker at the turn (J8, T8, T9) or 3b/c with a flopped 2p ... this is even more strange cause then he give a free card on such drawy flop .....

I feel like he has QJ here
