Do you have any stats/info? Without any reads on villain, I would say fold.

Quite obv fold, his range is going to be very tight, just no reason to call here

nash: 13.1%, 55+ A4s+ ATo+ KTs+ KQo QJs

reasons to call can also be and vary from:
if he has just suffered from a bad beat/cooler and you know he tilts/saw a previous ai from him like this in a similar situation you have a reason... (although i don't like gambling with this hand.)
he sometimes plays like a maniac and makes funky moves
he just likes 3betting 40% of his hands. (There are quite a few newbies who play like 60/40)

unless you're not in these situations, yeah, it's a clear fold.

I do not like r/f to 10bb stacks in mtts but in sngs its pretty standard and a good way to steal the chips. Against random I dont think we are getting even close to a good price because he will not be shoving as wide as he should.

So you want to spew off because you have a lot of chips? What if you didnt have a lot off chips? Would you call because you have so little chips left? I dont understand the logic here. IMO the more chips you have, the bigger edge you should be looking for when calling.
