I would happily jam here - 25% of your stack in dead money for the taking.
Obviously don't know Villain specifics but he should be very wide here and you should be ahead of his range.
Must be a profitable shove in the long-term.

Should be fine unless he has been folding loads of buttons.

Assuming he is opening reasonably wide then this has to be plus EV regardless of his other tendencies. If he calls your shove very tight i.e. weighted towards overpairs then he is giving away way too much dead money. As he adds in more hands then it's mostly hands you are a 60-40 favourite against anyway so you are still fine. This looks like FT2 so you are still far enough away from the money that ICM doesn't change things.

3b shove is better or allin shove? opp is loosse agresive, i dont find this hand in hm, but i remember this hand. I looks at btn steal and see number 23(*of hand) , and i shove allin on them..

3b shove is an all in is a jam is a 3b all in. As in empty your sack on the felt. Unfurl your beast, from the stump to the tip. Get it in there. It's all the same.
Are you saying you should 3b to say 1,100 or something? And then call or fold to a 4bet?
Button will be priced in after 4b and your fold equity will have disappeared, so I think you want to fold or shove to maximise f/e.

...
