Hi, please, this limper becames very aggressive playing draws. Should I raise (shove?) before the flop? After the flop, did I make a mistake on shoving? Thanks.

If he limps wide then I would push pre.
As played, I would c/f flop. 9 and 7 are in his limping range very often, because he limps the bottom of his range. Most broadways or aces he would just raise.
If the flop would be something like Kc 2s 7s i would push his rereaise, because then he's obviously playing a flush draw
