Do you think the push is ok vs unknown? I get 3860/2860 and thus need 42.55% here. If I assume that he sometimes does it with draws (take BI into account), it should be BE. Ididn't even include medium PP and weak fd's.

When these donks lead out like this they always have it (most likely a jack, against which you are drawing thin) so you can take the draws out of his range. It sucks but folding is best. At a higher buy-in level this might be more ok.
