WU Deposit...30 min = 5+ hours (and no response from support) WU Deposit...30 min = 5+ hours (and no response from support)

So, at 16:03 EST I ship my wire (received in Nicaragua and ready to dispense at 16:11 EST). ~16:30 I submit details into cashier and am told "30 min")

At 17:02 EST I get an email stating that there is an extra letter in the receivers last name and that I need to have that fixed. At this point, I'm thinking "meh, only two minutes past their 30 min timeline, good for them. Appear to be on the ball

at 17:14 I respond, send back an email stating that the error has been fixed and WU confirms it's available for pickup.

...surf the internets, waste time, etc...

Then I follow up with Support @17:55 (reply to email thread), 20:04 (new 'virgin' email), 20:48 (reply again) stating "I'd like a timeline, but ANY response would far preferable to absolutely no response"

Result:....haven't heard a damn thing since the original 17:02 email....just hit up Rizen and Shane to see if that helps.

Here's the kicker though. What really bothers me is the downright professionalism of not responding at ALL. The delay and having to wait to tomorrow (I hope tomorrow) sucks but is "meh, what ya gonna do". Ignoring customers and just not responding though, downright amateur hour.

Took me 24 hours to have my WU deposit credited.

Calm down. I figured it was because I deposited "after-hours". If you're so impatient you can't wait 24 hours for results online poker probably isn't what you should be playing. They have to through round-about ways to get our money in so we can play.

Like I said, a simple "gonna take a bit" response from support would have been more than enough. It's the (now) six hours without a reply that irks me, that much time without any word is not cool, it's not 2004 anymore.

If you've spent some time reading, Lock's "support" team is absolutely awful. Don't expect any response short of 3 days.

I got a response almost immediately by emailing Shane. Look around here for his email. He puts it almost anywhere he can. I don't know how well his "chase it up" strategy works, but it's nice to know someone's listening.

I had to send them a confirmation email from WU showing that the money was ready to be picked up.... really kicking myself in the rear for depositing as much as I did onto Lock
