Because right now all you are doing is blaming the "trolls" and saying yet again that it's the fault of the posters in this forum that certain questions aren't getting answered. Which is bull****. You're a paid employee, and from what we can gather, one of your job responsibilities is to interact with customers. And yet in the past few weeks, your only interactions have been to chase up the many, many people who are still waiting an obscene amount of time for their cashouts. Not that doing so isn't a good and valid thing, but you are deliberately ignoring (and have been for quite some time now) any legitimate questions asked in the Q&A thread, rather than just ignoring the non questions like a professional.
Note also that the tenor of your post suggests that there is something wrong with group one, as if they are to blame for Lock failing (yet again) to follow through on one of their promises - to improve communication with customers in this forum. That's just an excuse, and it's a bad one, and anyone with an IQ greater than their shoe size knows it. Nothing prevents Lock (and you) from doing a better job. Not the trolls, not the people who believe Lock should cease to operate, not the mean old mods who express their beliefs and don't moderate even though they aren't actually moderators in this forum.
Lock and you. You are the reason communication hasn't gotten better. Do you honestly believe that if Lock was doing a lot better at ANYTHING (cash outs, communicating, etc) that people wouldn't notice and post about it? These group one posters you talk about are not some kind of thick headed enemies who hate Lock just for the sheer pleasure of it. They are people who have noticed what Lock has done wrong and, unlike many poker scandals/issues in the past, have no intention of allowing Lock to just slink away once the fervor dies down and everyone's short term memory turns to the next big thing.
On the 1% chance that you actually do give a **** about this forum and your reputation in it, you need to stop acting like a victim, sack up, and answer every question put to you that isn't obviously trolling. Even if that answer is only "I can't answer that question." Stop evading and lying and treating your customers as if they are mentally challenged children who can't see through bull**** when it's presented to them.
I mean it's kind of amazing that after the FTP debacle another online poker site could actually be doing a worse job at communicating than they did. Kudos, I guess.
