That thread that chopsy started was very quickly derailed by the usual suspects, if someone wants to mod out the rubbish Im happy answer everything I can and anything I cant answer just respond with "this isn't something Im able to respond to on the forum".
I do realise too that some people do ask some fairly on point questions that they would like answered and feel I should be able to answer, but this is still an anonymous internet forum so some subjects will always remain off limits and some subjects will never be able to be explored in fine detail.
I find it difficult to believe that if, as you claim, your company was serious about improving relations with its customers, you wouldn't be able to skip over the trolls/nonsense and answer the questions you yourself admit are valid.
You know, for once I wish you would just be honest, Shane. Just one ****ing time. Just say, "Here's what I've been authorized to say, I can't say anything more. I'm loyal to this company, and anything I may or may not know, I'm not willing to tell you guys. I get that must be frustrating, but no matter how many times you ask these questions, which I admit are good and you deserve answers to, you aren't going to get them."
But then again you've already demonstrated that you don't give two ****s about honesty. So go back to lying about how cash out times are improving and complaining about how trolls derailed the other thread thread, so it's OUR fault that customers aren't getting answers, rather that LOCK'S fault for being a ****ty, unethical, greedy company.
