What an absolute nightmare from Lock Poker:
I submitted my verification forms to Lock on August 8th and they were approved two days later.
On 08/09/12, I put in for a withdrawl by check in the amount of $799.72 (plus the $25 withdrawl fee).
On August 12th, I received this response:

Once your payout is processed and sent, the fee will be refunded back to your account.
Our current check timeframe is 3-4 weeks for processing and delivery. We try our best to process payouts quickly but occasionally will require the alloted timeframe given. Thank you so much for your patience.

Okay, no problem. 3-4 weeks? I can handle that. But then 4 weeks came and I sent another email. This was the response I got:

I then receieved a notice from JDB credit services On 9/6 saying the payment had been processed.
It is now 9/22/12 and still, no check received. I have e-mailed support (who before was very timely in responding) and have not got an answer. I have called the hotline, no response.
Literally, what the hell is going on? I get everything "processed", I wait 5 weeks and still, nothing. It's unbelievable. Can someone please tell me when i'm going to get this check? thank you
