Shane, could you do something about pushing the withdraw I had cancelled due to this "investigation" to the front of the queue.

If the request was from 4/20/2012, you should contact shane immediately, because that's about twice as long as expected. If it was requested 4/20/2013, then you're in good shape, and you should wait maybe 3-4 months, then contact Shane if you haven't seen it.

questions to clarify the play-through req.
1. if I recieved a transfer and have not cleared the play through bonus, but have won say 3000$ can I cash the 3k out?

2. if I recieved a transfer, and have cleared enough cashout say 5k, but have not cleared my entire transfer ammount. will I get denied? do I need to clear/playthrough my entire transfered balance?

Asking in advance so i know not to waste my time with a withdrawal that will need to wait 6 weeks just to get declined. Thanks again

Ya I know the playthrough is 15%, but the questions I asked are still not clear.
1. I recieved a 5k transfer and raked only 10% of 5k can I withdraw ~3.5k which would be ~ 15% equiv of 3.5k.

2. Winnings won beyond recieved transfer. I recieved 5k, my account has 8k total, can I withdraw the 3k from playing and winning?

It should go directly to your account if not, I imagine, email support@lockpoker.com Or you can click on adminand then go to support, click on contact and by the email link you will see talk to live help representative.
