Yes, as a business, let's pass up on millions of dollars because their reputation is far from perfect. Really, it's not at all how it works, especially not if said payment processor is illegally willing to process payments for an online poker site serving US customers in the first place. Do you really think THEY would care about the reputation about their customer?
After listening to the Elie we learn/comfirm what a slimball business processing truly is. We also learn that there appears to various degrees of dishonesty/integrity/reliablity among the providers.
Shane tells us they are adding/changing processors all the time. Why do you think that is-because they're either completely incompetent or stealing Lock's money. I'd guess most of this is the latter.
If you are the lowest slimball in an industry filled with slimballs, you'll truly be working with the absolute bottom of the barrel. So while you may be correct, they may not care about the reputation of their customer-they may just be among the last companies on Earth who will deal with them.
I'd imagine the situation of the processors blatantly stealing has only gotten exponentially worse considering the precarious situation that site operators are in.
