I tried to deposit $200 on to Lock today via Western Union to play O8 and mtts but when I try to type in the MTCN into the confirmation page, I get a message saying "An error occured while proccessing your request, please contact support."

Anyone have any idea why this is? I am an American player but I had an account before they stopped accepting U.S. players. This is the first time I tried to deposit (do you have to have deposited before they stopped accepting?) I made sure that I sent everything to and from the correct names and the transaction was sent in USD. I emailed support and have yet to get a response. Someone please help me!

Probably just an error of some sort, it happens. Relax, you will get it corrected with support.
