So i tried to buy into game and it glitched and then showed me other players hand during the action. Happened for several hands, every time i clicked cashier

Very worrisome.. from a technical perspective that looks to me like the information of the holecards is one way or another "out there" in every case though, so to speak. This might mean people are capable of hacking the client to see the holecards always.

not joking, tried to confirm it with that player, but he had left table. I mean I'm sure was harmless glitch but if someone figured out how to replicate it

theres a fold to any bet button for the left table.

This should be pretty easy to confirm. Contact pokershin or ar****. Have them confirm or deny through the hand history. If true...

RIP lock poker. There's a lot of crap us players will put up with, but as for me, this is not one of them.

If real, you can bet your ass that programmers/coders/hackers have already compromised the software and are super-using as we speak.

it was really weird. table looked kinda frozen gave me the reserved seat sign after i bought in and then i look to left and i see pokershins cards... I didn't take screenshot at first and i couldn't replicate it. Then i hit cashier again to cash back into game and i saw his cards again. I also tried to type into chat but when i pressed enter my table didn't show the chat. There were some regulars at the table so maybe they have hh and maybe my original chat went thru. So i took screenshot after i replicated it again and that's part of the screenshot.

I really don't think it's as big a deal, I'm probably an idiot for having posted it because ppl are going to go crazy. Shane if you want to delete thread and contact me personally and figure out what happened I have no problem with that.

i dont get it, i am assuming you are A**** on the right screen?? because you have the fold option, but where are you on the left screen?, also there is a fold to any bet button meaning you are seated on the table waiting for the action to come to you?

What if pokershin is the hacker and wants you to believe you can see his hole cards.

Obviously needs to be looked into ASAP, but my first suspicion would be a display glitch like a prior hand of OP's being displayed. I'd suggest looking through your hand histories and see if that's a possibility.

The 8 was on the previous flop so that wasn't a one-hand glitch video carryover which we've seen before.

Seems a never ending tsunami of bad news for this site, I have my own cashier/player admin glitch, page fails to open when I click it, been like this for days.

A number of these previous reports ended up being a video lag from the site (overloaded servers?) where a previous hands exposed showdown was still shown (and not refreshed) immediately on the next hand dealt.

If, however, your clicking 'cashier' made these appear that's a different story.

Still this is hopefully a video glitch and not the actual cards held by those players.

So contrary to alot of people I find lock customer support extremely fast and helpful. Everytime I've asked to link bonus or had an issue I've gotten response in PS customer service fashion, and issue resolved within 15 minutes. With that said, I just got a generic error message faq in reply to my email, lol.

i apologize to justin for quickly jumping to conclusion and derailing this thread. the action buttons on the left screen through me for a loop but after thinking about it its not a big stretch (with lock's other numurous glitches) that its also part of the bug.

shoulda rather been productive and recommend video recording it. given poker-shin is most likely a rec player he would have pretty soon gone to showdown. and then it would clearly show whether the hole cards were right or not.

this is a deal-breaker problem and a concrete explanation needs to be given by shane. im no expert but there should be no way in any circumstance for someone to have access to another player's hole card regardless of the circumstance.


this should be fairly easy to determine by lock/the network right? i mean the hand number is there and they can access poker-shin's hand history for that hand.

RW posted a link to a replay of the hand, pokershin folds when the action gets to him.

So we'll have to rely on the network as to what he had.
