I would email whoever the have gaming license with if there taking forever to pay. maybe tell them you are worried they don't have players funds. if a lot of players email them or file a complaint maybe they will do a audit. im sure lock would be glad to open books for them, as this would help kill rumors.

This. Maybe something to include in Jenniffer Larsson's one statement on all of this? Sounds very logical to me.

They have a license with Curacao eGaming. Several posters have tried numerous times to contact them about a wide range of issues, and not one ever got a response.

LOL wtf. They don't even try to make it all seem professional.. but yeah, from what i heard, curacao license is completely useless. Not surprising ofcourse.

There's a reason why almost every online gaming license is from a super small country. It's not because the weather is nice there.

Its one thing to make a plan and its another thing for that plan to come off as you hoped. Working in the forever changing environment we are working in makes this situation slightly more problematic so I generally take the information Im passed down from the various teams and wait to see its effects paying off with real world results before Im too convinced.
WTF r u talking about? Other US facing sites that have ROW players also are paying their players in days not months like Lock is. So r u saying that Lock is working in the forever changing environment but the other US facing sites are not?

The BS keeps coming.

Get your money off this site while you can, put it on Intertops where it will be safe (no, I don't play on Intertops or have any connection to the site).

The website is just lol. Grammar like this tells you that its not the highest quality operator:
Quote:
We offer specialized licensing programs for operators, providers services, software providers and network operators. Indeed, some of very first and largest service providers in eGaming are recipient of our specialized programs. The programs provide a 'turnkey' offering with the purpose to assist the providers in being an attractive source to do business with, allowing you to concentrate on building your business effectively.
There are a few clues to where they're coming from:
Quote:
Annual costs of regulatory and compliance lowest of any jurisdiction
Quote:
Quick issuance of eGaming Licence - within a few days
Also, they are a business offering hosting, support, management services, company formation etc. Conflicts of interest or what?

There is no way that this lol regulator is doing any serious audit of Lock's claimed segregated accounts. imjustshane, I just don't believe your implications that they do, you've been misled, again.

That's a pretty flippant response as well as an inaccurate. The post I quoted was made after the change to the new cashier. You were suggesting improvements beyond that.

There will always be the problems that crop up along the way but that cashout thread provides clear evidence that overall our cashout situation has improved tenfold since we made the move to our own cashier and we are working hard to make sure it gets better and better.
Were the times subsequently "much better" than 7-14 days for checks and 2-3 days for WU?

You've been continuously promising jam tomorrow - do you really need me to post more examples? How about you start by answering the quote I posted in a seperate thread where you said you were in the process of working towards verification of segregated accounts. That was 9 months ago - where's the verification?

Our player funds are completely segregated, always available for immediate withdrawal.

This has been a key component of our faster cashouts since the switch to our own cashier.

We are working towards independent verification of this to further rassure our players. This process takes some time though and we are still working through that process now.

How do you feel about CS lying to customers in the meantime?

I think you misunderstood. What I was saying was the 7-14 business days advertised (but not implemented) by lock is more than most other poker sites. cashouts on stars/ftp are near instant, bcp is like 2 business days or less, merge maybe a week and 888 around a week as well
