Wait period/clearing for p2p transfer to be able to withdrawal

Exactly what the title says. Sorry if this has been asked before. What, if any, is the wait period to be able to withdrawal money received from a player transfer? Is there a clearing rate for this money? I.E. - having to earn 3 pts per dollar etc to be able to withdrawal this money.
I know on Merge/BCP the wait period is something like four days after you receive the p2p transfer and you can withdrawal it. Is it the same on Lock now? Thanks.
