Has anyone had a ronin payment made, and then underneath it says "Voided duplicate ronin payment" and had the payment taken back? This happened to me for my first ronin payment for this month, except there was no "duplicate" payment.. they just simply took away the one ronin payment that I had....In my stats it shows that the payment was made, but it actually was taken back and not paid..

This is only $1.50 right? So you're sure you weren't given it twice somehow? You're positive your balance isn't $1.50 higher than it would be?

I agree that them voiding it without showing a spot where it was paid would be confusing.

No, it says they paid $4.50, then voided it. It also shows paid in my stats, but I know from my account balance it definitely wasn't paid. I mean, its only $4.50 so not a big deal, just weird they would do that.

I think you attempted to post screenshots or something. No biggie.

Just asking if you absolutely KNEW from your cashier-balance that it was off by $1.50 or $4.50 or whatever. I generally would not and I assume a lot of people are the same (don't get any ideas Lock).

So yeah, if you are 100% certain you are not $1.50 or $4.50 more then it is definitely kinda strange.

Have fun emailing support and getting the runaround and no response on that all for $4.50.

Hopefully Rizen sees this and responds. However, I can guarantee that the first thing he will tell you is to send him your Lock name or account info or whatever so that he can actually look into it. Not much Lock can do to fix this for you without knowing who you are.

Understand you were just checking to see if it happened to anyone else. But sending your Lock name to Rizen via email (or in this thread if you are comfortable) would help them out and your chances of it being corrected as well.

Now I see the first screenshot, but still not the second. No idea why. Some sort of thing with cookies or something?

I had the same thing happen. I just assumed the crossed out one was the duplicate?

Where exactly do I go to see ronin payments History in my account?

It's on the Admin>Reports>Transactions.. I click the Description bar a couple times and it organizes by description, then they are easy to find.

I'll double check, but I assume this is because as part of the switch from awarding Ronin based on rake and not FPPs they had to re-run everything. Again, this is just an assumption (I'm asking now) but probably when they switched they had to re-run the scripts and then void anything awarded that someone had already earned previously to get them on the right step.
