VIP tiers resetting each month?

i was under the impression that bc i ended july at black level, i would start august at black level. but in my admin page/vault it says im working my way up white level right now. did things change so the vip levels reset each month or is this a mistake?

You should still be Black VIP this month, but working your way back again for NEXT month.

You work your way back up to whatever (Black or Black Elite, etc). But above the status-bar thingee should be a thing that says you are currently Black level....while the status thingee shows that you are half-way to making it to white for teh following month (or whatever). Look above the bars on the upper-left.
