Cool. Glad you are around and also glad you have staff on weekends. Lock presence here has been less, as far as I have noticed, on weekends. And support seems to get back to people on Monday sometimes from what I've seen here and I can't recall any Saturday or Sunday replies.

So my theory that it is lighter or not existent on weekends wasn't just made up in my head or anything like that.

I just sent two separate emails last night by the way on two separate issues. Feel my chances are better of one of them being solved if I ask them separately. And I tried re-sending fresh instead of forwarding my old.email. Hoping this support that is around on weekends gets back to me. Again, not an emergency or anything. But would be reassuring for them to respond to either question I have asked.

My emails were quick and very polite.

It is always best to try to solve the matter with the merchant before you chargeback with your bank. Once you chargeback with a merchant you will be on their chargeback list which means you will never again be able to use that merchant, and you may be placed on fraud databases which will mean you are marked as a high risk and may be excluded from other merchants. We had quite a few players run into this problem when we moved to Revolution, players had charged back on Cake because they never wanted to play there again but then found themselves excluded by Lock because they were no longer able to play on the Revolution network.
OK, I've been waiting patiently for the past week for someone to respond to my problem. I've sent a PM to both Shane and Rizen as well as a few emails between them and lock support. But yet still have not received a response. You think you could look into my problem for me?

Very smart. Short, polite emails can be ignored much more quickly than long, angry polemics.

Shane pretty much fixed this for me instantly. He first credited the double deposit to my lock account, which i definitely didn't want, but once talking to me he credited it back to my bank account (should hit 7-10 business days). So i will update when i receive the money. I made the post on 2p2 early this morning, so I'm actually surprised about the response time i got from Lock. Well done Shane.

It's no secret that Shane's been working his tail off trying to speak on behalf of the players here. Unfortunately I feel that he gets a bad rap but he's the face of the company here on 2+2 and he seems to be doing everything he can to fix all of the issues out there. It also appears that more and more support is coming on day by day and it looks like things are starting to get solved. Pretty positive sign in my book. Keep up the great work Shane, appreciate your help here.

Huh? How do you know he's been working his tail off? Have you seen him and been there? We have no idea.

He says that he is and wants to make no secret about that. But we have no idea if that's true. The results don't necessarily show it at all. A small handful of posts on here to do damage control of their screw ups and a few offers to chase someone down in support...whatever the heck that means...is not really evidence of working his tail off. One assumes he is doing way more that we never see. But obviously if we never see it then nobody here knows.

I'm optimistic about improvements too and truly hope they accomplish what should not be that hard to accomplish...being support that actually responds to the emails they receive. And taking care of customers who get double billed and the like.

That said, I still have received zero response from my simple emails to support. Not a good sign. Maybe in a few days with more support people getting it a caught up? I'm giddy with excitement at the possibility of ANYONE at lock support sending me anything. I've read of others getting responses though amd hoping it really does get better.

same thing happened to me today deposited $25 last night it went through then this morning had 2 charges for $25 on my statement, but only received $25 in my account. Please credit my account for $25 Shane. If this is not handleded and credited to my Lock account or sent to my bank account by Friday August 10th I officially will never play on Lock again, way to many headaches to wait around and be left in the dark on so many issues.

Stop using debit cards to deposit. WU is super easy and you won't ever get charged twice.

2 nights ago i attempted 2 deposits for $25. one was successful an one was declined. the next day i checked my account and both had been charged to my bank account. this same day i realized i could use THEFUTURE more than once so i attempted to deposit $125 which was declined but $155 was taken from my bank account.

obv i was like wtf and email support and pm'd shane. woke up this morning to check my email. support had put the total taken from my bank account into my lock account plus a substantial amount for the error. They also said they put the 200% bonus onto my account, but that isnt there but they assured me it would be.

overall i have to admit, very pleased with the customer supports timeliness and the end result. thx shane, maybe support is starting to turn around.

I tried to deposit and my deposit was declined ( never had this problem before). Bank called me and said there was fraud on there end because there were a lot of charges. Emailed lock support about this and heard nothing. No credit, no annoyance bonus, nothing. Unfortunately until this is fixed I can't play at lock

It is a miracle, same day response from support on Sunday. Did not think this was possible. Anyway they asked for a screenshot if it doesnt get credited by tmrw I will email you shane. Thanks

another same day response from lock support today. They have already credited my account the $25 owed. I am shocked at this. Maybe they are finally pulling themselves together.

Fantastic to hear. Thanks for updating. Lock support is definitely getting better.

Some glitches in there where things seem to fall through the cracks and Shane has to call "I'll chase them up for you" which is still kind of odd to me. But overall, the product and support seem to be taking huge leaps forward which is certainly a nice confidence boost for everyone who has been following this forum.

why does this issue continue to occur? If it's happened to so many in here, how many others, those that don't visit here, are having this same problem? Imo, this particular issue has been going on far too long without a resolution.
