Huh? How do you know he's been working his tail off? Have you seen him and been there? We have no idea.
He says that he is and wants to make no secret about that. But we have no idea if that's true. The results don't necessarily show it at all. A small handful of posts on here to do damage control of their screw ups and a few offers to chase someone down in support...whatever the heck that means...is not really evidence of working his tail off. One assumes he is doing way more that we never see. But obviously if we never see it then nobody here knows.
I'm optimistic about improvements too and truly hope they accomplish what should not be that hard to accomplish...being support that actually responds to the emails they receive. And taking care of customers who get double billed and the like.
That said, I still have received zero response from my simple emails to support. Not a good sign. Maybe in a few days with more support people getting it a caught up? I'm giddy with excitement at the possibility of ANYONE at lock support sending me anything. I've read of others getting responses though amd hoping it really does get better.
