So I just deposited ad the first time I tryed it was unsuccessful. I tryed again and it was successful. Each deposite was for $30. I have $30 in my account now, but my bank account was charged twice.

I know its not a lot of money, but I would like to see $30 back in my bank account within 24 hous, otherwise i will just call my bank and report it as fraud, which it is......

Please respond shane, rizen, or lock support

Also, got the email for the one deposite, which is what i was credited for, but charged twice on my bank account

tell em how it is, dont let them call it anything other than credit card fruad, good thing u noticed quickly!

I'm still not sure why, but this has happened before to other players on Lock. Hopefully they will fix this deposit problem they are having. Shane has answered every PM I have sent him over the last couple months. Try a polite PM again or wait for a response here. I would think twice about calling your bank and telling them you are using your account for online gambling. Only use it as a last resort if you really can't get this resolved.

This is not resolved. it is confirmed that the moeny was taken out twice. thisi s considered fraud. Shane can you please report this immedialty or i will have to report this to my bank.

Sorry I thought from your post about the funds now being in your account this was solved.

If you can email me a screenshot of your statement I can get this sorted ASAP for you. Its a known issue with the processor, they just ask for proof on every case as they have been working to eliminate this problem.

Unfortunately thanks to some other players trying to take advantage of this we have to get the screenshot before we can do anything.

Whats your email address? once i geet my moeny in my b ank can i get some sort of compensation for this mess? also, the bank charged me a fee for the transaction as you can see in the screen shot. Tell the ceo to do something about this issue and the rest of the issues. not how you run a good site

Best promo's anywhere right now (i fully expect them to cut down on them soon) and for me no issues cashing out, nor any issues with support yet so far, and i've had multiple conacts. Sometimes takes a few days to get a response, but that's the case at most sites anyway.
