Shane Bridges i hope the next time you apply for a job (when lock goes under) that your name will be all over google and poker forums with fraud and scam next to it.

Know anything about this, Shane?

Shane,

Was 'separate and secure' or 'separate' or 'secure' language ever used when describing player funds vs company funds on your T&C?

Where is the language on your current T&C?

Thanks,
Jon

lol, did Lock impose a media blackout over everything but simple support now? Hope all is well with Joseph, haven't seen him around. Not everyone can make it to the 2nd round though.

Look, that's not right. Don't shoot the messenger when he has nothing to do with the situation. While he does act unprofessional, none of Lock's problems are Shane's fault.

Shane, what are the rules regarding transfers? What do we do whe support says nobody is allowed to cashout any transferred funds? Is this a policy or not?
05-06-2013 , 09:08 PM
Are you allowed to say what happened to "Joseph" and whether or not he'll be back? Will anyone at all be back to answer questions, or will it only be "support function" from now on? Feel free to answer in less than a week.
05-06-2013 , 09:12 PM
Also, lol at your odd "I was careful not to say..." blah blah blah.
Do you want to work with your customers or just be an evasive jerk to them? You frequently appear to be doing the latter.

But back to the transfer stuff...Have you not seen the 100 or so posts asking what your site's transfer policy is?

Yes but he presumably earns his living lying to players about trips to Portugal and potentially covering up the fact that lock is busto.

If that's the case, we're faulting his character, not just his affiliation.

LMFAO. Ahhh so we're playing that game I see. You're not, not, not telling the truth Shane. I'm not saying that you're lying, I'm just saying that you're not, not, not telling the truth.

We're THRILLED to know that you spend your time wording and re-wording your posts to make sure that you're TECHNICALLY not lying. Incredible.

Oh and btw, I've probably defended you more than a lot of people on here, at least giving you benefits of the doubt as far as being unsure what your intentions were and what level of information you were being given. You shouldn't have posted here, you look like a child. You were CAREFUL not to lie? Dude, screw off. If you ever have to be CAREFUL not to lie, you probably shouldn't even be posting anything at all.

It's almost impossible to mismanage situations worse then Lock does.

How hard is it to get a support staff on 2+2 and answer some questions?

Not hard if they have policies that can be explained and defended. So, extraordinarily difficult.

I will not be able to answer any policy questions or any general conjecture I will only be here as a support function to assist players with any specific problems they have.

And to put to rest any of the rumours of Joseph just being me posting from another account if any of the mods can check machine ID's please do so. I always access 2+2 from the same laptop and phone.
I'm not sure exactly what you mean by this (machine IPs? IPs are set by the network, not your device), but I already posted in Michael's original thread that his IPs (registration and post) matched no IPs for anyone else on 2p2.

Interesting statement that you were being careful not to tell a lie. This could always be avoided by simply telling the truth each and every time. You'll sleep better at night btw. Just because you choose to deny a truth by stating that the posters' information was factually incorrect, you infer that you do indeed know the truth. Purposely omitting the truth by deflecting is still a falsehood. The truth will come out eventually ( just ask Bill Clinton ) DUCY your credibility might be non-existent when you are continually not able to confirm what has really happened ? Food for thought sir.

Shane I posted this in another thread but it applies here as well. This is a conversation I had with a Lock Poker customer service rep last night:

2nd question: How long does it take for me to receive a check from Lock Poker when I withdraw?

Diana
Check via Courier, completed within 6-8 weeks; $25 fee; min $150; max $3000

you
that's in the USA correct?

Diana
yes

you
I have heard issues with US players not receiving checks for several months now. Can Lock Poker guarantee me I would have a check in 6-8 week time frame?

Diana
We are trying to process the withdraws in time, however due to the manual work involved , sometimes it can take just a bit more time

you
what is considered a "bit more time"?

Diana
It depends from case to case, but i can ensure that none of our customers missed their withdraws

1) What is the "manual work involved"?
2) What is considered "a bit more time" and how can a CSR be allowed to lie like this when she states non of our customers missed a withdraw?
3) Knowing the issues involved with withdraw times how can Lock Poker allow CSR to tell people a bold face lie with withdraw time frame at this time?
4) Who is responsible for informing(or lack thereof) CSR of issues with the company?

CSR= Customer Service Rep

The plot thickens

Shane comes back for support purposes...but can't answer policy questions.

The biggest support question on everyone's mind is what is the p2p transferred funds cashout policy.

What a conundrum

yea because all he is doing is defending his previous lies and not answering 1 real issue. that was my point , maybe you see it different.

"I was under a media blackout"

Ahahahaha. It's just not going to stop.

And he's only here to "support" his previous posts. He doesn't supply us with any "support" whatsoever. The only things he'll speak about are things we can already e-mail the first line of customer support for.

At this moment in time, Lock and myself have one thing in common. We both agree that Shane's role is overpaid, regardless of what he's earned, simply due to the fact that neither of us can possibly be content with what he's done.
