Based on our conversation with the Lock Poker officials, we were under the understanding that they would have a new representative here post and participate in the threads answering questions and keeping everyone informed about the progress that Lock was making towards solving the issues in question. And while an initial post was done, there has been no more response from the Lock representative. Hopefully this will change, but in the mean time, by not participating, it appears to us in 2+2 management that Lock is getting hurt even more.

Of course, the bottom line is whether the withdrawal problems do get solved in 3 to 4 weeks as their represnetative stated. But it sure would be nice to hear from them in the meantime.

I have been asked to come back and continue posting but only in a support function.

I will not be able to answer any policy questions or any general conjecture I will only be here as a support function to assist players with any specific problems they have.

With the IP tracking information already in hand the Machine ID should further support Joseph's separate identity. My location certainly isn't a secret and its definitely not Germany.

I was careful not to lie, your information was factually incorrect. I didnt deny any Lock team members were in Portugal, I was under a media blackout and unable to confirm it and merely pointed out that your information wasn't factual.


With the delays checks have faced recently I wouldn't expect it to arrive by Sunday.

If you shoot me an email with some rough details of where you will be going fo the next few months I can talk to the cashier team about what possible solutions we have to help you.

Would Lock's refusal to process cashouts be a specific problem or a policy question?

Shane, there are 4 clear issues that by not addressing you are jeopardizing the future of your company

1- Segregated and safe player funds. This can be confirmed by a private audit and according to an experienced accountant can take as little as 1-2hrs.**

2- Clear statement with precise information on p2p xfers, what was going on before hand, and what the play through requirement is. There has been severe miscommunication on this.

3- ROW and USA cashout times. When will they improve? What options will be available? What times can we expect?

4- Portugal Trip Truth- Did Portugal/visiting france involve using our funds to pay for expenses? Are these lavish trips appropriate to make while this is all going on?

By not answering these questions, you are letting the future of Lock in the hands of fear mongering and speculation that will result in Lock's volume and thus revenue drastically dropping*. I imagine that even if cashouts return, most people would instantly withdraw and leave your site, its crucial you address these questions in a PSA

*It has been posted numerous times in other threads that traffic has dropped over 50%, and that number is likely to increase as threads in this forum and NVG are being linked to reputable poker sites (over 700 people were reading the lock subforum a few hours ago)
