Alleged payment delays at Revolution Gaming have forced Adameve to suspend all poker withdrawals according to a notice on their main site. Poker is still being played, but management plans to segregate its players from the rest of the network on April 2.

In to predict shane's response before he gives it:

"This is false information. Adamevepoker was released from the network because of their predatory rakeback offers. Offering higher rakeback than what is approved by the network is a serious issue that we had to deal with by terminating our partnership with them. Although we, ourselves, at Lock poker did the same exact thing on our last network it is super not cool when someone does it to us. All news stories that say bad things about us are lies and propaganda. They are also super raycess and hate us because our logo is black. The only truth is what you read here, from us. The rest of what you hear is fake news perpetuated by liars and thieves. Trust us, we'd know"

you are exactly right I had actually forgotten they used the same strategy on the merge network, I think they gave 1% more then in other merge skins at the time, though only 1% it got players there and was still predatory. Come to think of it however, all business is predatory and for profit, but locks problem is they are immoral or incapable, 1 of the 2 or both which is even worse, but that's not surprising looking at their CEO's history.

lol it was a lot more than just 1%

for the record I'm fairly certain affiliates are still doing it to this day on Lock. I'm 100% they were doing it as far back as mid last summer as that's when my current Lock account was set up and it has an under the table deal.

imo, though, this is more of a reflection of a flaw in the affiliate system than it is an attack on Lock. there is a lot of incentive for an affiliate to undercut his competition with an under the table deal and offer an extra couple % as it's pretty much free money to them anyway. the amount of MGR I've generated compared to the amount of work I've asked for from my affiliates is pretty silly and I'm a pretty low volume player!

Hey Shane what do you think about this adamevepoker accusation? I'm sure it's just a marketing stunt to try and scare Lock players away to their new network. But indulge us in your theory on this one.

He has already addressed the issue with them, although obv the same type of responses he gives for everything else. No way his comments on the situation are going to change until there is actual evidence to force him to.

While it was originally assumed that Lock owned the Revolution network, I believe the current thinking is that Cake owns the largest share. Either way, this is a dispute between AdamEve and Revolution. The article from the OP doesn't even mention Lock, I don't think they have a role in this.

I guess we could contact representatives from each of the other skins on the network and ask them. Probably the only way to get an honest response

Shane can't comment on this right now cause the "Lock Family" is hanging out with Jennifer in Portugal atm having a party.
03-30-2013 , 07:53 PM
I cant comment because Im not involved, as Ive previously stated I can only speak for Lock.

What transpires between the network and skins is nothing Im able to comment on.

And sorry HammerMan no partying just another Saturday night at the laptop.

I wonder how many people are waiting for cash outs to go on holiday
03-30-2013 , 09:07 PM
Hmm if someone has to rely on a lock cash out to go on holiday then they should maybe have a job. Unless they play poker for a living (just on Lock) in which case they wont go far over easter.

Lock is pretty much holding all our money. I requested for a check back in Oct. because I was sick of waiting so I demand them to just return it to back to my lock account. The funny thing was a couple days after they return my money to my lock account something came for me via fed ex. A check from lock poker and guess what the check was made just recently. Kind of ironic don't you think? And I emailed customer service and ask them if I can deposit it to my bank account and ask them to withdraw the money out of lock and they agree to the terms. So I decided to deposit it everything went good until like 3 weeks later my bank took the money back and told me it bounce.

well I hope you've learned your lesson. nobody ****s with lock without paying the consequences.

in all seriousness that's really ****ty man. good luck

Can you confirm that Lock have paid all the reconciliation money that is due to the network and is not the cause of the liquidity problems on the network.

[ ] Lock have paid all monies owed to the network so that the network can pay all skins

[ ] Lock unfortunately owe the network [ ] months reconciliation payments.

This order of events seems strange, if they agreed to cancel the check and return the funds then the check should never have been able to be cashed.

If you send me an email with your details I can look into this for you.

Yes I have already confirmed several times that Lock is completely up to date with its payments to the network.

When did Lock lose ownership of the network?

Or did Lock never own the network?

I'm confused because there was lots of talk in the beginning about how you bought the network 'because Merge was holding you back, and now you could make your own rules', you rebranded the network 'Revolution' and made a lot of other changes, but now when everything is going to ****, 'the network' is a totally separate entity that you guys have no control over.

Did Lock sell-off part of their equity in Revolution?

Its not that we have no control, but its still managed independently and I work for Lock not for Revolution so I cant comment on or speak for matters from a Revolution standpoint.

As far as control goes, yes we have been able to use our power to force through some changes we wanted, rakeback for one, but still the network argue for certain things which they feel are best for the network that we dont agree with entirely. It has to be give and take.

As for Fair Play our obvious first choice was to segregate our players, but when the network put forward their Fair Play concept then we agreed to give it the best chance to succeed and unsegregate our players and join our players to the player pool otherwise the liquidity issues would have been even worse than they currently are under Fair Play.
