Shame OP didn't throw in anything which isn't already known/speculated. A few details like location/size of the offices, names of owners/management, names of shell companies etc would help to verify.
The only vaguely new aspect is this:

The wording here is suggestive of an outsider:

Also, the only name provided, "M.J. Hugenholtzweg," was already revealed on a filing linked to JDB Services (and reported on 2+2). The name was stated in that format in the filing: initials with no first name. An insider wouldn't use that format but would naturally use the first name.
atm, unless OP provides more details, it looks most likely a spoof written by someone who has followed the Lock saga fairly closely.
