Second time I've had trouble retrieving my funds from the vault...

I can log into it fine. When I get to the form to remove the funds, I type in the amount and press submit. Then it just hangs.

The last time this happens, I think it corrected itself after 30 minutes or so. It's a little frustrating. Has anyone else had this trouble before?

I kept trying every 15 minutes or so and finally it let me retrieve my funds. I like the extra layer of security on my funds... in fact, I'm obsessive about locking up my funds after every session.

But now I've lost 3 hours of my most awake and alert part of the day...

I hope someone addresses this. As I said, it's the second time it happened to me. I tried different browsers, different computers, logged in and out, etc etc. It certainly seemed to be server-side.

Did you try contacting support? Maybe they could help get it fixed in under 3 hours.

Still no response. Sent a screenshot and everything about 45 min after it happened.

Ah, sucks. Would think they would try to help you get your $ in play quickly but the vault is made to keep $ safe if your account gets hacked so maybe they wouldn't want to be hasty. I have read people had issues and then took out one penny less than the vault balance and it worked. Not sure if it's the same issue with you.

happened to me last week. i contacted support and they transferred my vault contents to my poker account.

How long did it take them? I still haven't gotten a response...

Maybe my email got lost somewhere.

Although, I will say if it's that easy... what's the point?

Can't say for sure how long because I emailed before I went to sleep and it was done the next afternoon. And my vault is working fine since. Good luck
