If there is a reasonable explanation and players are made whole I would forgive and deposit. Sadly, the lack of a formal response makes me doubt that that will be the case.

If this was my business and I was legit I would immediately put out a formal statement and work to resolve the issue. I highly suspect that there has been a processor shutdown and Lock is unsure how to respond to it for fear of creating a run on the bank.

I smell panic on Locks end.

I tried to deposit on Tuesday. Initial deposit of $25 went through fine. Made another deposit of $100 and it was declined. Money was put on hold in my account. This morning the money was cleared from my bank account. No money was applied to my lock account. Emailed support, no reply. Tried live help, the window just closes. Called phone number left message, no call back. Called the instant support line, rings and immediately goes to busy signal. Calling bank to dispute charge now. Will look into filing with law enforcement if not resolved by tonight.

Just unreal, I have never seen so many complaints about a poker site in my life. The worst thing is that they don't even respond ITT and when Rizen does respond he's basically telling someone off for allegedly misunderstanding him.

Be careful filing with law enforcement and think very hard about where you were putting your money. We all run a risk by depositing any amount of money on any online poker site. UIGEA...

I am in the U.S. There is no law against online gambling, save for a few states. I am not in one of them. The laws are targeted at the banks and the sites themselves. Not the players. The fine that I would receive would be minimal if they were to successfully prosecute me. The "terrorists have won" if a law that was said to "stop them" has stopped YOU from letting your law enforcement know that some one is literally stealing from you.

Day 6 since my deposit disappeared,i.e. STOLEN. On page 3 of this thread I was scolded by LOCK that they were just saying I might want to send a screen shot. Well, even though I should not have to, I sent the screen shot days ago. Did I get my STOLEN FUNDS, RIGHT. DO NOT DEPOSIT ON LOCK. This is totally UNEXCUSABLE. No other business can get away with this. Also, I think this thread should be on the first page of NEW POSTS to warn everybody. Guess LOCK doesn't give a damn. Nice way to start and end a THE REVOLUTION!

I'm sorry for everyone having problems... I haven't tried Lock, and definitely won't be - thanks for the heads up. I think everyone should leave Lock that can, and everyone else should avoid them like the plague. We've got to hold on to any control we can as the players keeping these sites going.

I was having a problem with a 200 dollar moneygram deposit. But it cleared yesterday. If that will cheer anyone up. I am still waiting for a reinbursment from sunday, when i paid $109 to sign up for the 100k gurantee tourney and was never seated.

this is insane. I wanted to deposit on Lock and play on Merge as well, as someone else had stated, but after reading the continuous bs, i just won't. I can't believe this continues without even a word from the lock reps or support. This is totally unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. I wish I would have read this thread earlier. Tried to deposit $100 yesterday, and got the "transaction not succesfull" error. Tried again, same thing, so I gave up. This morning I checked my account and $212 was gone from my CC account. I checked my Lock account and the balance was 0. I called my CC company and was told that there were two transactions for $106 (cdn) ea last night from a clothing company called Linktic. I tried googling Linktic and couldnt find anything. Anyways, I had the transactions reversed and the fraud team is cancelling my current card and reissuing me a new one. Something fishy is going on here. The lack of response from anyone involved should be a warning to anyone else. Stay away from Lock Poker!!!!

I already lost money on FTP and 5050Poker, this is getting kind of ridiculous... Someone needs to kick these guys in the butt and hard! They can do whatever they want with our money just because they have a licence from Malta or whatever and the auditors are a farse... The poker image out there just gets hurt more and more because of these guys.

Oh Wow. Deposited 250 on Lock by CC 6/30 but it was declined but my Visa bank called to get my permission. I stupidly said it was authorized. Then emailed Lock for info. They sent a terse email saying I was declined.
OK I sent a MoneyGram. That was a train wreck of incompetence but it was finally credited to my account 4 days later. After reading this thread I checked my CC account online and OMG they charged me 250(and 7 bucks foreign transaction fee thank you very much). I'm afraid to cancel the transaction with the CC company because then Lock may freeze my account. What to do?
