I have a CarbonPoker account and would like to turn it into a Lock Poker account. I am a USA player. Is this possible?

Once the US allows sign ups again you can sign up for a Lock Poker account. Unfortunately you cannot transfer your funds or anything between accounts, you would have to create a new one and deposit
