Just a heads up to players. I had multiple tourney sat tickets in my account that i did not use, which have now vanished. I have contacted support and their response is that the manager is determining what to do with unused tickets. Even though i cannot see the tickets anymore, they informed me that the tickets are still tagged to my account (after i had to tell them what tickets i was talking about ).

Now in the past on the cake site any unused tickets i've had were exchanged into cash when there was no longer any use for them. I am even in possession of a cake email not too long ago informing me that any unused tickets would be reimbursed. I understand though that since the "revolution" started there has been more of a lean on stiffing players. There was a clause in the tos of this series that the main event was a must play, however there was no mention of sats being a must play, so i figured the same rules would apply in regards to unused tickets. However as it stands now, the tickets disappeared from my balance with no notice whatsoever. I had to personally contact support to find out what the deal is, and now i have to play a waiting game while decide whether or not their going to stiff players over these.

Shane please get in contact with me about shutting down my Lock account. I have tried to get my whole account shut down months ago when you guys couldn't do a simple casino exclusion, and they didn't fulfill my request to just close my Lock account either. I am not putting up with your crap anymore. Your poker site is by far the worst thing that has ever happened to me in my 10+ years of playing poker. I can't stay away from blackjack when i'm tilted, and bs like 1/3 of my roll missing because Lock decides to snatch a bunch of my tourney tickets without even fkn notifying the player is enough to make any poker player tilted. You guys are crooks. You stole my fkn tournament tickets. And you guys still can't implement a simple update that allows players to do a simple exclusion that doesn't shut down your whole cashier like every other fkn poker site with a casino. That's proof that you need to prey on problem gamblers to keep your business afloat, cuz it does not take months to implement a simple fkn update like that. You seriously run the worst poker site that has ever hit the webz, grats on that. I want my whole account shut down, you can keep my balance, my tourney tickets, and the tournament tickets you have snatched. You need it more then i do, and i will be better off in the long run anyways.
