When they originally sent information about the switch to revolution, they indicated that they would transfer all account balances and tourney tickets. My balance arrived securely, and they even processed a withdrawal within about 3 weeks(not too bad). I am still however missing my tourney tickets. I have e-mailed support three times. They not only have not resolved my issue, they have not even responded to my inquiries. On a lesser note I am also missing my deposit bonus. Has anyone else had issues with retrieving their tourney tickets? I had several including a $530 ticket so it is a little frustrating. I am considering clearing out my account as the lack of response has a disturbingly FTP type feel to it.
