Shane, let me first start out by saying that I have been asking you for literally MONTHS now to help me out in getting my max check that I requested on 12/15 of last year. You always say that you will pass my request onto the cashier manager and get back to me. However, not once in that entire time have you ever gotten back to me with any kind of a response from the cashier manager. Do you they simply not respond to you? Do they give you the same BS responses that they give me? Do you not even bother to ask them?

To put the icing on the cake, today you stated in the "lock poker clarifies p2p transfer withdrawal policy" thread, and I quote, "As far as Im aware there should be no cashouts from Nov/Dec still outstanding on our end." Is this a joke? Are you not aware of the DOZENS of players including myself that have posted in the "lock poker cashout thread (10 WEEK MINIMUM WAIT)" thread? Not to mention that not a single person has reported actually receiving a check that they requested since 12/5. Do I really need to copy and paste all of the posts for you? If lock has sent these out then don't you think that they need to follow up with their processor URGENTLY to determine why all of these players haven't received their checks?

In summary, why haven't you been able to get me a single response from the cashier manager regarding my 12/15 max check and/or my 3/14 max WU in the last two months that I've been asking for your help? Why have you stated that you are unaware of outstanding cashouts from Nov/Dec despite all of the posts from players who still haven't received checks from that time frame and despite my personal inquiries to you about my check from 12/15?

These are not complicated questions Shane. If Lock really wants to get back in the good graces of it's players it's questions like these that you need to start addressing and FIXING.
