So if I had a withdrawal processed in April do I have to wait till May to request another for free or can I request one now and as long as it is not processed till May it will be free?

I spoke the cashier manager and I was wrong the other day, now that its moved to the automatic system for the fee the fee is the requested date.

So if you had a withdrawal processed in April then it would have been requested the month before that so you can request a new cashout in April with no fee.

So basically, it's the way that causes the most hardship to withdrawing players? I mean it's obviously a disadvantageous system, though it's not like we players can do much other than accept it. Still it would have been nice if you had clarified these new and arbitrary rules two months ago when you were asked about it repeatedly.

Huh? If I requested withdrawal in Jan Feb, or March, and it was processed in April wouldn't I now be allowed to request another cashout for free in April since my previous request was not in April?

Sorry I screwed up the answer above, if it was requested in Jan/Feb then yes your April cashout is free.

What?

I thought the existing processed date which of course the player had no control over caused the most hardship.

Thought this change makes a lot of sense and makes it much easier for players. Especially since its now automatic and we dont have to worry about the old refund system.

I agree. Basing it on requested date is much better than processed date.

Your post made it seem that the relevant dates are 'processed' for the first transaction but 'requested' for the second transaction. So if I request a WU in early January, it goes through (processed) April 1, then I have to wait a whole month to make another request with fee waived. You stated that in this thread. Then in another post (after I voiced my complaint) you seemingly disputed that. Still a little unclear on how it works, or is supposed to work. For instance are fees reimbursed automatically or do we have to email support as was once the case?

Edit: Okay it looks like you have corrected your above post to clarify things. I'm okay with the system you described.
