I have had this problem over 24hrs now and I have received no help from Lock Support, other than telling me at 7am this morning it was being forwarded to the cashier manager.

I am just despondent at this point and have supplied Lock with all the info they requested including a screenshot of my gift card account page clearly showing the deposit but have yet to receive my funds. Please help.
