Says my check of $800 was processed dec 1 2012 and I havent received it yet. I requested it like 7 months ago but lock cancelled the original request and put my money into the casino, this was mid Oct. I requested again in Nov. It says my check is processed for 5 months now, I email support they keep telling me it should come this week.

The guys whose checks we traced this week, your checks have had to be reissued and we have been told your new check should arrive by the middle of next week.

I have also emailed you all individually just wanted to post here so everyone could see the update.

Sorry, yes you are on the list I just missed you when I was emailing everyone earlier.

I wasn't given an explanation of why they needed to be reissued I was just told thats what was happening.

Annnnd those of us who didn't receive an e-mail because our requests are from early January are out of luck? I have gotten absolutely nowhere on my request from 01/06, and not that I belong ahead of anyone before me, I'm just still not even seeing a glimmer from the light at the end of the tunnel.

Going on 4 and a half months is pretty long, I know it isn't as long as some others (and I do agree they should be paid first because I believe in order), but if I'm not even on the list of people being paid "next week" then what list am I on? Is it still this "unknown future date" list? As far as I have been told, I've been on the priority list. If there are other list tiers that trump the "Priority List", then what the heck is a priority list used for, and why name it Priority?

I was not emailed and my check should not be sent to the address on file as I am not there any longer.

I think this means that you weren't on the list of the guys whose checks they traced this week. There was also another guy not on that list.

Shane, according to the posts here, there have been a lot of folks who should have been covered by this tracing effort. Can you review and contact the people who were missed? Are you maintaining a list that you can check with Lock?

Agreed as i never received an email from Shane as i see others have. I requested my check on 12-26, payout was completed on 3-14 and still have not received it. I took it upon myself to email Shane on 5-13(monday) regarding my situation and his reply on 5-13 was "Hi _______,


Ive sent this over to our CEO to see what I can find out for you.

I still haven't heard back from him directly. I suppose i have to post in this thread to reach out to him. Shane, my username is qbear. Am i one of those people that had their checks reissued and expect to have it by next week? If not, i will state again that my check was requested on 12-26. Ok, thanks! I guess that's it for now as i don't know what else to say....

The information I received today was that all of the checks on my list would be out by the middle of next week.

If anyone hasn't already emailed me their details please do so now.

Do you know if these "reissued" checks will be handled similarly to other players' new checks that were requested just a few weeks ago/1 month ago or are these checks going to be considered "important" ?

I know the projected time is mid next week, but I wonder if "mid next week" is what a lot of people are hearing from Lock, including maybe some recent requests.

To clarify to the forum, the only kind of "importance" I am asking about is that which is greater than the importance of random check requests from only a few weeks ago.

Nothing about preferential treatment based on rake, longevity, ROI or whatever.

I got an update this morning on the checks I had on my list and I was told these have now cleared the processor and enroute.

This was specific to these cashouts not a general message.

This is the email I receive questioning a 5 month cashout and asking what is going on. How vague can one be this doesn't mention anything about it being enroute.
