Shane I've sent several dozen email request for my check. I keep getting the same generic email saying my check is on its way or should be arriving shortly. But I still don't have my check. Its been almost seven months. I also see that people that have requested payouts after me have been paid. And my name was on the list of other people requesting payouts and half of them have been paid. Shane can you please contact the cashier department and have them give this priority and expedite my check. Thank you.

Ditto with generic e-mail responses except for one several months ago that said I should receive control # "shortly". Please assist if possible, thanks. If not, I shall slander lock until the end of time.

Good post. All of this is quite accurate information btw for everyone. My recent check (deposited yesterday) was also from a Canadian bank. Even if your money shows as available in your bank account after a couple days, more of a 7-10 day timeline is best before declaring the money as your own.
I will indeed update at the end of next week (around June 21st) whether or not the check is seemingly in the clear. If you're given the option, choose Western Union over receiving a check, just my opinion.
Just to update, it's been 10+ business days and the money from my check is still in my bank account, so it's pretty safe to declare it as cleared. Good sign at least in that regard. Good luck to others waiting on funds.
