Wow, playing sng's so it's actually a big deal when the servers crash on me.
I restart and restart the client - to no avail.
I download and reinstall lock poker - it doesn't connect.
My internet, obviously, is fine; so this is an issue with lock, not my internet.

I FULLY expect to be refunded my entry fees.
However, If I am not further compensated, then they will not be able to keep my business.

tldr: Lock servers crashed - can't get back to my sngs - really close to pulling my money out

Lol yeah

And..... the servers are back up. Don't give up yet on your session guys!
Anyways, I'm looking to seek compensation, like points or some **** - cause I'm tired of ****ty events like this and I'm prepared to take my money and RUN LIKE HELL FROM LOCK.

Well. The sng's are not running, they are paused and have been in that condition for a long long time.

They just sent out a message through the app that said due to technical difficulties the tournaments were paused.

i can't login my account, my all sngs all fold.
WTF,can't login still now
