Lock just gets better and better, I dont see how him paying the 18k now that rizen has contacted him and probably told him to do it ''and you can stay as a lock pro'' solves anything.
If it was another lock pro that rizen didnt know personally im sure that pro would of been gone at the flick of a switch.

This looks so bad for Rizen and Lock as a brand. If you decide to make a decision that people (your customers who would pay for that decision) don't necessarily like, and would like an explanation on, man up and say something about it to explain your reasoning. If you aren't going to do that, then don't give them the runaround for 5+ months while you "gather the information" to make a formal statement.
It seems like this is the new theme of poker. Many have a ton of common sense in poker, enough to win millions of dollars, but come on here and make the simplest things so complex. You need all this information to decide what to say about a guy you knew before, and were a part of signing? Why not just say what information you know? I know that would be wrong, you would just be telling the truth and we don't want that.
So Rizen, do exactly what your site is known for and continues to do. Give everybody the runaround on every issue as if we don't know why you won't answer. It certainly isn't because the guy in question was wrong, and you likely shouldn't have signed him. Nope, it's all because this guy didn't get his story told correctly, and we need you to gather the facts. I think you should just get his email or sn and chase it to the top. Never seen such a joke happen by a company in my life. Next time I am at mcdonalds, I will tell the person making minimum wage, bagging up my greasy a** food, thanks for giving me better service than that piece of **** site Lock.
