So.... I read earlier in this post that rakeback will be given hourly? No way can that be correct can it? Also I emailed emily about getting rakeback said she would set me up today which was 5 days ago. Is my rakeback going into my vault? Cause that would be horrible considering I just opened an account and don't have the vip needed to get into my vault.

Has anyone been getting their bonus money back? I haven't seen one yet. The last couple of days I've been getting cashback and points. It seems kind of random when they come in, but I do get them. I also got one ronin payment. Just wondering if anyone has been clearing the bonus yet or if they are just really backed up on them and working on it.

$40 in hu rake paid and around $3.50 through point redemption . . . Nice, but seems a hell of a lot lower than I remember getting. Do straight rakeback players get points too?

You're right, the $235 rake paid gets you a whopping two Ronin payments for a total of $4.50!

$40 in hu rake is only 40 points. HU players really got the shaft here imo.

you use to get 7 fpp for $1 torney rake,now you get 7 fpp for $2 rake

so they have doubled the deposit bonus and made it even harder to complete

This is bull****, HUPLO rake was viscous enough to begin with. Why are people who pay less rake per hand getting a higher percentage back?

Ronin and Rakeback dont go to your vault, they go straight to your player account.

Please check your ledger there and if you still dont see payments let me know.

It's under Cashier then go to History and scroll down to the bottom should show any payments that is where my Ronin payment is shown.

I am having some huge difficulties with the lock poker room.

I made a deposit because I heard about the bonus offer and asked about rakeback. You guys told me I would be getting rakeback.

I played for a few days straight and was about even. The final day I went to register for a bunch of games and the client would freeze each time. It was only the client that would freeze and it was the type of freeze that I would have restart my comp just for the software. By the time I got it working an hour had gone by and I didn't get to play a hand,all games had ended.

I never recieved any rakeback or bonus money..

Ledger only has 1 Ronin payment for me and zero rakeback payments. I'm fairly sure I'm getting rakeback payments but have no idea when or how much.

What about bonus and/or VIP points earned? I don't see any Ronin or bonus clearing, but under the new system I have no idea how many VIP points I have earned or should have earned. Under the old one, I could calculate it easily from rakeback.

I don't have anything there. I never signed up for rakeback because I'm lazy so I should be getting cashback in my vault, right? I don't see that either. I don't have any Ronin payments although I should be way past the first few levels in terms of what I have raked.

(rake*avg # of players) stat in HEM should be pretty close to your FPP's earned.

The actual amount is also visible in your Vault if you go to "points redemption"

I have not gotten any rakeback payments at all. It's been 6 days since I emailed her and 5 days since she got back and said setting it up today as you can see. Please help I deposited money thinking I would be getting rakeback but obviously I am not for some reason. Waiting until it is confirmed that I have rackback to deposit or play anymore.
