The fact it takes 28 days or more to pay a european player through an ewallet must suggest there are real liquidity problems. Even the laziest of poker opeartives take less than a week let alone 4-5 weeks.
I really regret depositing on lock and should of done my research beforehand my withdrawal request is not that big it's more that fact I feel conned as there mainpage on the website states 48 hrs for an e-wallet withdrawal.
The only bs response you get from there customer services is that there processor has been changed. Which is just laughable !
here was a recent email conversation i had with a lock representative called michelle
lock poker is the old full tilt waiting to happen again.

Hello Lee,
Thank you for your email.
As we have mentioned earlier that due to some minor delays with cashouts throughout the site the timeframe with our processor has been changed. I am sorry but we have nothing else to add to this so please be patient and wait for your cashout.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Kind Regards,
Michelle

I would also like to ask what restrictions are these for processing withdrawlas as well? surely your company would of known about these restrictions before you state on your main page that e wallet transactions are sorted out within 48 hours?

why does your mainpage on the website state 48 hours then it mentions nothing about a timeframe on there michelle ? I am not desperate for the cash as it is not a major withdrawal amount for me its more the more principal of how you do business and also fills me with no confidence keeping money or depsoting money on there as it feels very similar to how full tilt where operating before they went under. There is no reason why your company can not send e-wallet funds to european players within the timeframe you advertise on your website. also as well it worries me that if u continue with this policy there will be hardly any players left on lock therefore your companes future will be a stake.

Hello Lee,
Thank you for your email.
This is the timeframe with our processor I'm afraid who operate under many restrictions.
We are hoping to speed this up going forward but I would expect to wait around 4 – 5 weeks for your withdrawal (like I said, it can go over this timeframe right now too). If there was any way we could speed this up for you, we would. We don't want you to be waiting a long time for your winnings. It's not in our interest and we know it's not in yours. Please bear with us as we will have the funds with you as soon as we possibly can.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Kind Regards,
Michelle

Hi I spoke to one of your representatives on live chat last night his name was liam even though he answered some of my questions and was polite. I was very dissapointed at the withdrawal backlog he explained to me yesterday. So I did some searching on online poker forums and lock seems to be the only site that is paying players 4 weeks after they requested to an ewallet account. The reason why I feel tricked is that on your main home page it states 48 hours for a withdrawal request to be sent by an ewallet. I understand the terms and conditions are different for u.s players and takes longer but I live in London and have an ewallet account. The reason why I am dissapointed is that your software is real good and the game selection is great but how can i have confidence on a poker site that takes 4-5 weeks to process an ewallet withdrawal?. There is two reasons for this lock poker does not have the funds (a similar situation to how full tilt was run) or you generally do not really care about your customers and see this as a reasonable timeframe to deal with withdrawal request. I can not ever see myself depositing on your site again as I feel tricked from what your main page states as a 48 hr withdrawal policy. If I do not recieve my funds within the next week or so I will sadly never deposit or play on your site again. ALso i had a few people that where interesting in signing up and told them how good lock poker was until i found out about your so called withdrawal backlog which makes no sense at all you either can pay players on time or you can not. I hope you do not ruin a good poker software programme from bad customer service and ridiculous withdrawal timeframes.
